 This recipe kept popping up on Pinterest and all over my facebook feed, I thought it was strange, weird and only 2 ingredients & 3 Freestyle points if you're following Weight Watchers, I just had to try it. It was destiny, I swear, I heard angels sing when I tasted one..... AhhhhAh...Ahhhh... AHH Ah.... If you're not on Weight Watchers, make them anyways because they are fricken' delectable!  Do you ever have a vision in your head of what something should look like?
Do you picture it perfect and wonderful.... yeah me too!  Sweet & delicious and reminiscent of the mini dounuts made right before your eyes at fairs & festivals.
 I have been a fan of shortbread for as long as I can remember, that buttery taste, melt in your mouth, I just love them.
 MMmmm I love gingerbread, hubby loves gingerbread and we both agree these are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The Cinnamon Cream Cheese icing on top is perfection...Warning, long post because of all the yummy pictures!

They start with a boxed cake mix but I up it a notch with a few extra ingredients - fresh lime juice, lime gelatin and more.... 
A couple weekends ago we had a girls scrapbooking weekend up at a friends cottage. I think it's the 7th year we've been getting together to scrap, eat and live in our pajamas for 2-3 days. One of my friends Amy, made this totally yummy dessert bar. She told us to try it and guess the indredients. Maple syrup? Rice Crispies? None of us guessed correctly, so she named the 3 ingredients. Ritz crackers, sweetened condensed milk & toffee bit...... what? Ritz crackers? Only 3 ingredients? Crazy!!
