 I LOVE pomegranates !!!
They are crunchy, sweet, they pop in your mouth, not only are they delicious but they are a super food - BONUS! I know saying "The BEST way EVER" is grammatically incorrect but I just need to get this point across - BEST way EVER!  American Thanksgiving is coming up and so is Christmas, I figured I should post my basic Delicious Mashed Potato recipe.
This recipe serves 8 or 4 or 6 potato loving people or teenagers :)  I love meatloaf, I know people who don't and they roll their eyes at the word, m-e-a-t-l-o-a-f. But me, in the cooler weather a warm juicy meatloaf hits the spot! It's like a burger, but better.
A few years back I had never heard of enchiladas, found a recipe and thought, "what the heck". I made them and they were soooo YUMMY!
