 MMmmm I love gingerbread, hubby loves gingerbread and we both agree these are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The Cinnamon Cream Cheese icing on top is perfection...Warning, long post because of all the yummy pictures!

 Do you ever make something and think "why don't I make it more often?" That's exactly what i was thinking after I made this and then devoured half of it. It's so easy, tasty and nutritious - homerun!
 I had the wonderful opportunity to partner with Castello Cheese, they sent me to see the wonderful movie Burnt as well they sent me a gift box with Castello olive oil, brie and recipes.
After seeing the movie I left the theatre hungry and inspired to create something delicious, looking through the recipe cards I decided on a Salad of Grilled Beef with Chateau Versailles Brie putting my own spin on it.  If you're a carnivore then this Bacon wrapped Meatloaf is right up your alley, beef & bacon....can you hear it calling your name?
