Blue Cheese Bacon Burger or BBB for short. I mix about 2-2.5 lbs of lean ground beef with granulated garlic, a little and pepper, bbq sauce and a couple shakes of worcestershire. Mix with your hands, careful not to over mix it. F orm into patties, 4 large, 4 small. Make a small well in the large burgers - for the filling. Crumble your Castello Blue Cheese and cooked bacon together. See how I cook bacon HERE Castello makes the best Blue Cheese - EVER! They have the awards to prove it! Go the their website to see thir history. Subscribe to their MELT Magazine, great recipes, great pictures! Fill your burger. Make as much or as little filling as you like. Add your lids and seal the edges so none of the yumminess escapes. Place your burger masterpiece on the grill cooking on each side for approximately 5-7 minutes. DO NOT now or ever press down on the burger while cooking. If you do that you'll squeeze out all that tasty juiciness Just for fun, about 2 minutes before removing the burger, I add a little more of the Blue Cheese Bacon mixture, allowing it to melt slighty. Lookin' good! Oh yeah !!! I swear this burger was smilin' at me the entire time I was taking pictures, I know it was. Blue Cheese & Bacon make a burger happy and I have proof! Bon Appetit !More recipes you may love!
