When hubby, who is not a big fan of pork LOVES this... I know I have a home run! Rub the entire pork roast with the dry seasonings All brown all sides in a fry pan. Place roast in crock pot on low for 6-7 hours (mine took 6 hours). Meanwhile prepare your glaze. Combine brown sugar, water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until glaze thickens. Pour over roast during the last hour of cooking. Allow to rest and absorb all the juices, approximately 10 minutes. Slice it up and enjoy!
