Winter Wonderland Cupcakes

I'm sure everyone has heard that parts of the USA & Canada are experiencing a Polar Vortex. That means it's cold, C-O-L-D, cold!
Your nostrils stick together when you step outside, your fingers freeze in mere minutes, school and road closures - it's crazy cold!
Well, if you can't beat 'em, you might as well join them or when in Rome.

A for those of you still working on your New Years resolutions.

I made the cupcakes with Duncan Hines French Vanilla cake mix and iced the blue ones with Duncan Hines frosting creations, cotton candy flavour. The white cupcakes are iced with frosting creations without a flavour mixed in. All of this is topped with some blue coloured sugar, snowflake decorations and white cotton candy fluffs. Easy Peasy!
