Cream cheese with garlic and onions flavours them topped with grated mozzarella cheese, who can resist? Alot of these cheese ball recipes are just 2 blocks of cream cheese and a package of dry ranch salad dressing, mix and voila - now that is good as well but I really wanted something different, something a little tastier and a little more spreadable. The addition of the pourable ranch dressing or mayo make this Snowman Cheeseball easier to dig into and spread onto crackers - SO CUTE! Snowman Cheese Ball
Serves 16-20 Ingredients 2 bricks of plain cream cheese 1 1/2 cups finely grated mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons of pourable ranch salad dressing or mayo 1 tablespoon of dried minced garlic 1 teaspoon dried minced onion 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder. Garnish Some peppercorns or cloves. pretzel sticks and a baby carrot for eyes, nose and arms. Directions Mix rooms temperature cream cheese, salad dressing and all other dried seasonings together in a large bowl. You can either beat together with a hand mixer, stand mixer or with your own muscle power. Once completely blended, roll into 2 balls, one slightly larger than the other, roll cheese calls into grated cheese,stack with small ball on top for the head, cover and refridgerate for 1-2 hours. Once cheese calls are set, add eyes, arms and nose, for the nose I just cut dwn a baby carrot. Serve with crackers, veggies and enjoy!!
