Done 2 ways.I cut the cabbage in half and then cut out some of the core. I know, I know.... you're like - "wha-ev-vah, get to the bacon part!" Cut the cabbage in to wedges place on parchment or foil lined cookie sheet. I LOVE parchment! Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar. Pop in a 350 oven for about 20-30 mins, until you've reached the doneness you like. Ilike mine with a soft crunch. Then I crank up the oven and BROIL for about 5 minutes, until there is slight charring. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S and now...... |
