Pretzel Buttons

These little sweet & slaty treats are so easy to make, no recipe required.
Just pretzels, Hershey Kisses and some M&Ms.

I found these pretzel rings on a recent trip to the USA, I can't seem to find them here in Canada. If like me, you can't locate these, the waffle pretzels are available almost everywhere and that's what I used last year.

Place your pretzels on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Preheat your oven to 200.

Place a Hersheys kiss inside each one or on top of the waffle pretzel if that's what you're using. I like the Hersey Hugs (the striped ones, they add a bit more interest.

Pop the tray in the oven for about 3-5 minutes, until softened, not completely melted. Remove and add your M&M to the middle of the kiss, pushing down slightly. 
Do not overcook these or the chocolate will be ruined.

Pretty eh?  (Can you tell I'm Canadian?) & pretty delicious!

Some were bagged up for little gift giving treats. 

Some were placed in a tin for a fancier presentation.
Some went in my tummy!
