Combine the oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon & baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and oil.
Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until moistened, don't over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
You could easily substitue raisins for the chocolate chips, just soak your raisins in hot water for about 10 minutes until they plump up and get soft.
Full your muffins cups 2/3rds full and bake at 400 for 16-18 minutes.
Warm out of the oven with ooey gooey chocolate...MMMMmm......

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and butter
Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until tops are light golden.
Makes approximately 16-18 muffins.
