Hubby loves pork tenderloin and I thought it was good but NOW I think it's amazing! I'm still craving it after making it two nights ago. I found a recipe online and dabbled a bit with the ingredients and a juicy, flavourful piece of tenderloin is the result. I also love that it's just so darn easy. I put a ziplock baggie into a measuring bowl for stability, added all my ingredients - no need to dirty a bowl right? Then I added my porkloin, squeezed out the excess air, zipped it up, squished it all up around the pork and popped it in the fridge until I was ready to bbq... 6-10 hours is good. Then on to the grill for about 20-25 minutes. I flipped it about half way through the cook time and I had the grill set for a med/high heat. Just to be sure it was cooked all the way through I checked it with a meat thermometer, cooked pork should be between 160f/71c in the thickest part of the meat. Looking good..... I removed it from the grill and wrapped it in foil to let it rest and absorb back some one those yummy juices. Now it's all ready to slice........ I ate a piece before I took the picture, I couldn't wait any longer and 0-M-G it was delicious! Seriously delicious..... Hmmmm now who can I invite for dinner, I'm eager to share this recipe AND it looks so elegant, fine restaurant menu material...Mmmm Marinated & Grilled Pork Tenderloin INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons grated onion 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 or 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins DIRECTIONS: 1.Place all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag.
