Marinated & Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Hubby loves pork tenderloin and I thought it was good but NOW I think it's amazing! I'm still craving it after making it two nights ago.
I found a recipe online and dabbled a bit with the ingredients and a juicy, flavourful piece of tenderloin is the result. I also love that it's just so darn easy.
I put a ziplock baggie into a measuring bowl for stability, added all my ingredients - no need to dirty a bowl right?

Then I added my porkloin, squeezed out the excess air, zipped it up, squished it all up around the pork and popped it in the fridge until I was ready to bbq... 6-10 hours is good.

Then on to the grill for about 20-25 minutes.

I flipped it about half way through the cook time and I had the grill set for a med/high heat.

Just to be sure it was cooked all the way through I checked it with a meat thermometer, cooked pork should be between 160f/71c in the thickest part of the meat. Looking good.....

I removed it from the grill and wrapped it in foil to let it rest and absorb back some one those yummy juices.

Now it's all ready to slice........
