Jolly Rancher Lollipops

I've seen these floating around Pinterest and while at the Bulk Barn the other day with my nieces we decided to give them a try.

They picked red and green Jolly Ranchers for a Christmas theme.
Line them up on your parchment lined cookie sheet, ensuring they touch.

Leave lots of room between them, they spread while melting.

All melted and looking good!

We didn't leave enough room so we had to add our sticks on an angle.

Look how pretty they turned out!
We wrapped them up and my niece took them to
 hockey for her team mates.

You could use as many candies as you like in whatever colours you want,
the possibilities are endless. In under 10 mins from start to finish, these lollipops were ready to eat!

I tried making a lollipop with clear mints too, pretty aren't they?

JOLLY RANCHER LOLLIPOPS


Ingredients

• Jolly Ranchers or other hard candy
• sucker sticks

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
2. Unwrap Jolly Ranchers
3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
4. Lay candy on cookie sheet so that it is touching
5. Bake for about 7-8 minutes, keeping a close eye on them, remove from oven when they are melting together but be careful not to leave them too long
6. Immediately add the lollipop stick, turning it once to coat
7. Let them set at room temperature about 5 minutes to harden
