You can assemble these super quick, they're pretty, colourful and absolutely delicious, it's Greek Salad on a stick. I just assembled them using an english cucumber sliced, cherry tomatoes cut in half, pitted kalamata olives and Tre Stelle Feta that I cut into slices. I put everything on a cute little skewer and drizzle each one with greek salad dressing, how easy is that? No... if you're in a pinch or just feeling lazy, you can make them even faster by using a good quality bottled dressing or make your own using the recipe below, it's really easy too.
