Mix your ground pork with the ingredients listed in the recipe.
Form 4 1/4 lb patties allow to rest at least an hour,
when ready grill until cooked through.
Grill onion slices until slightly softened.

I'm a little strange too.... I use tzatziki sauce as well, not on my burger but I kind of dip it as I eat it, it's messy but messy food tastes best!
Mix the first 7 ingredients together, divide into 4 1/4 lb burgers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavours to meld.
Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until digital thermometer inserted sideways into centre reads 160°F (71°C), 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from grill and top with tomato, Tre Stelle Feta, black olives, grilled onions and lettuce.
