I know you're tempted to just tear it apart now but believe me it's worth the wait. Just pop it back in the oven for a few minutes until the blue cheese melts & becomes nice & gooey.

Drooling yet?

You may want to just slice a piece of your steak, place it on the garlic bread & make a mini garlic, Blue Cheese & Steak Sandwich. MMmm Mmmm Mmmmm

Wipe your chin - the recipe is below.
Garlic Bread & Blue Cheese

Ingredients
baguette
Castello Extra Creamy Blue In Slices
2 teaspoons of olive oil
5 tablespoons of softened butter
1-3 tablespoons of chopped garlic (I use the bottled)
1 teaspoon of oregano or more to taste
pepper to season

Directions
Preheat oven to 400f
Without cutting all the way through, slice baguette into 1/2" slices.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until blended.
Spread mixture on both sides of slices, neatness doesn't matter.
Place baguette in preheated oven for approximated 5-7 minutes until butter is melted and baguette is slightly golden.
Remove baguette, add a half slice of the Blue Cheese into each 'cut'.
Return to oven for another 3-5 minutes until Blue Cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
