The breading alone is fantastic, slice your chicken breast in to strips or nugget size, bread them and leave them plain for the unadventurous kids, add buffalo wing sauce for the more adventurous. Pound your chicken breast flat and use this breading as your base for Chicken Parmesan or serve plain with chicken gravy.
