A summer time staple this Classic Burger is perfect for every occasion. It's simple, it's basic and it's perfect. I use approcimately 1 lb of lean ground beef, 1 egg beaten, tablespoons of your favourite BBQ sauce and a couple shakes of worcestershire sauce. I mix everything together with my hands, careful not to overwork it or it'll become tough. I then form the meat into 4 or 5 patties and then allow them to sit in the fridge for a couple hours, flavours grooving together. When you're ready pop those burger babies on to a nice hot grill..sizzzzle Cook until desired doneness......Mmmmmmm..... Lightly toast your buns, burger buns that is :) Enjoy the beefy burger taste and top with all your favourites. Bon Appetit
