This chicken is delicious, juicy & oh so flavourful, super easy & super fast, my kind of recipe!
I used the recipe that was on the Weight Watcher website site and if you are doing the Weight Watchers program, this only has 1 point per serving - oh yeah!
Puttanesca Style Chicken Breast Saute
1 1/4 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp unsalted butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced (I used the minced garlic in the jar)
1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes (this has heat so use less if you're a softy)
10 green or black olives, sliced
14 oz can of diced tomatoes
