   I've decided to make a conscience effort to perform
 Random Acts of Kindness.

   RAK (Random Acts of Kindness)........ people talk about how great it is to give, to be nice and to do nice things but it's the reward that is gold,
 it's the feeling you get when you do something for someone, especially some unknown person. The elderly man walking his dog by your house everyday, the crossing guard that protects the communities children, the tired mom with 2 crying children, do something nice for someone 
and I guarantee that YOU will instantly feel your entire day change, 
yup, I guarantee it!

Today is a lazy day, it's been super hot out all week and it's been great!
