 It has been a bitter cold February here in South Western Ontario.
The temperature has been below zero the entire month, sometimes hitting a tempertaure of -40, bone chillin' I tell ya. We are also at a record snowfall for this month as well so now I'm ready, ready for warm breezes, chirping birds and less clothing...... Bring on SPRING!

I had posted a little story about my eyes and the upcoming surgery here. I have received many notes from people asking for an update, here it is.   To me, squash in any form is delicious, but on a cold winter day this creamy Butternut Squash soup certainly hits the spot. Recipe HERE.
