Winter has arrived

Well winter has arrived and I guess I can't complain it's January 11th and  I can still see blades of grass poking through the dusting of snow.
It's our first bit of the white stuff and it's been so mild thus far we haven't even had to dig out the shovel. It was mild and rained all day Friday and Saturday then the temperatures dropped, everything froze, the crazy winds picked up and brrrrrr....  but like I said, I'm not complaining after all the snow we've had the past couple years, this is wonderful so far plus I can just stay inside cuddling with hubby and Hannah (our kitty) by the fire.
