Tre Stelle

So here is my exciting news, exciting to me at least !!
Ask my family, when I found out I would be receiving a package from
 Tre Stelle, I was like a kid on Christmas eve.
I sat waiting, looking to the sky watching for that cow that jumps over the moon to drop a cheese parcel in my direction. See, I'm still a little giddy!

Ding Dong - the dog barks and I go running to the front door,. 
Well, as fast as you can go in socks on hardwood.

I tear into the package, I hear angels sing, fireworks go off, 
sparkles fills the air....  ok  I'm exaggerating but I was really 
THAT EXCITED!

Look what they sent me - oh yeah - oh yeah - happy dance - fist pump!!

So, of course I opened the present part of the package first. 
After lots of Ooo's and Ahhh's I look for instructions.
 Do they want me to review the product? Sing the praises of Tre Stelle?
No instructions, nodda, nuthin', nix.
I like that.
BUT - I do have plans. I am already a big Tre Stelle fan.
Their Bocconcini - hello - little balls of heaven
Their Ricotta - the best out there, as a matter of fact when I mentioned this package to friends and family, many commented on the ricotta "you've got to get their ricotta!".
I plan on buying mascarpone - cheese of the gods 
(I hear the angels singing again!)
I'll grab some feta as well, salty deliciousness.
Maybe some swiss, just for a sandwich...
I dunno, I dunno...  you'll just have to wait and see.
