I'm a resolutions kinda gal, I love making lists, setting goals and reaching them - heck I do it every Monday morning, set goals that is...not always reaching them.
Sometimes I set attainable goals, it's a mental game that makes you feel good when you reach them or do them and cross them off your list but other times, like now...January 2016 I'm making a tough resolution, it's an important goal...TO GET OFF MY MEDICATION. I am diabetic...I hate that I am diabetic but I have had diabetes for about 20 years..*just shakin' my head", and I'm sick of it. I now have better control of it than I ever have but I'm not 100% there yet and I want to be, I NEED to be. So it starts, my goal to get off my diabetic medication, I know it's achievable...I just have to do it, wish me luck!!
