I was thinking..... usually this is when people run! As I'm sitting here sipping my morning coffee from my current favourite mug I was thinking just how much I love this mug. For one thing, it holds a lot of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. It's comfortable in my hand, both hands wrap around it perfectly to keep me warm on chilly days - it's just right? My mugs are ever changing, kind of like my moods - again, a que to run.

It was yesterday and I missed it. I love carrots, steamed, raw, roasted, bbq'd, pan fried...any which way, carrots are delicious!  Check out MIXED GREENS for Roasted Carrot salad.
