Paint Chip Garland

You can't get much easier than this. 
Paint chips (free from Home Depot), I always ask if they have any discontinued they could give me and some dollar store ribbon.

Myself and an 8 and 11 year old stacked 2-3 paint chips together 
and cut out egg shapes free hand.

We punched 2 holes in the top of each and wove the ribbon through.
