I have seen different versions of this floating around Pinterest, mostly using pictire frames. I was at the ReStore the other day and I spied these exactly as you see it in the 'before picture, $1.00 how could I go wrong?  My first coat of the Van Gogh Chalk paint was in the colour 'chalk' and off white sorta colour, I've used it alot! Then I painted over that with the fresh and deliciously bright green 'burst of lime'.  Before I go any further, I have had several people ask me where I am getting my chalk paint from. The biggest question I get is "Are you using Annie Sloan chalk paint?" My answer is NO, I am using Van Gogh Chalk Paint, which I believe to be a superior product smoother finish and made right here in Canada - perfect!
