These 4 ingredients are all you need
Thinly slice your apples and arrange single layer in a skillet. You may like to add a little olive oil or spray the pan to prevent sticking. Cook over medium heat for a couple minutes until apples become slightly softened.
Mix balsamic vinegar and maple syrup together
Pour mixture over apples
Allow to cook another 1-2 minutes.
Pour over spinach and serve.
