Once they have chilled for a bit, dip your cookie into the melted chocolate carefully tap the stick against the edge of your bowl to knock off excess coating, put on waxed paper lined cookie sheet & decorate. I dipped 3 cookies then added eyes, nose mouth, dipped 3 more etc. Coating must be wet for decorations to fit, So you'll be the better judge of how much time you need. Now let them just sit there smiling until the coating has completely hardened. Don't they just look way too cute to eat? I had a little help decorating them & look how creative the girls were.... a stand up nose....Ohhhhhhhh... I loved it but wouldn't recommend it if you plab on bagging the cookies when you're all done, it's too hard to get those big noses into the bag. Side story....... I pull out the lollipop bags & divide them... "Here some for you & some for me" I say as I slide small bags across the table She picks up the little bag, holds it up "What are these for?" "Here I'll show you" as I pick up a snowman & slide a bag over his head. Well, the look on her face............. "Aren't they going to suffafate?" (yes, she said suf-fa-fate) and before I could answer, "Gotcha, just joking" she giggled as she bagged her first snowman, "snowmen don't breathe so HOW could they suffafate?" Again before I could answer, "Wouldn't it be cool if snowmen could talk?", "Like Frosty?" I ask Then together we burst into song..... "Frosty the Snowman was a jolly happy soul, with a corncob pipe and a button nose and two eyes made out of coal........" I love these moments. All bagged up and ready for new homes. Bon Apetit
