I don't know about you but come January my body is craving some light, bright, cleaning eating. I love turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and all the other goodies that come with the festive season but right now all I feel like is fruit & veggies. I don't even feel like bottled salad dressings, instead I want something that makes my taste buds dance and smile.
Lemon Honey Dressing
Whisk it all up together and voila, you're done!
I usually double this recipe, I'm salavating thinking about it - Mmmm
Now I often switch this up, using the same measurements I'll use lime instead of lemons or pure maple syrup instead of honey - delicious!
This to me is best served over a spring mix salad or baby spinach greens to which I'll add some pomegranate seeds & orange wedges or strawberries when they are in season. Top off your salad with some sunflower seeds or toasted almonds - YUM!
