Apple Cobbler Muffins

This is what autumn tastes like. 
Apples, cinnamon,moist with a crunchy topping.

On a recent trip to the U.S. I spied this muffin mix.
Yup, I like to check out the grocery stores in the U.S.A., they carry so many different items than us. I always find something interesting to try.
I've never tried Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal but I love cinnamon, I love cinnamon toast and I love having crunch - so hello!

It comes with it's own little struesel pack, leave that until the end.

Just stir together the mix as directed on the box.

The apple pie filling has large apple wedges. Using a knife, right in the can I choppped up the apples until they were smaller, more muffin sized.

I filled up my liners with the muffin mix and a spoonful of the 
apple pie filling to each muffin.

Notice the wonky muffins liners.

Then I sprinkled on the struesel mixture.

I added a little extra cinnamon to each, I lOVE cinnamon!
Then pop in them in the oven as cook as directed on the box.

The house smelled yummy!

Yes, there is one missing? Where'd that go?

I think I was hungry - oh yeah...warm & cinnamony (is that a word?)

30 minutes from box to tummy, is that awesome or what?

So darn easy, no recipe required!!
