I cheated and used this brownie mix, I got it from Costco and they are to die for! They are always moist, chocolatey and yum yum yummy!
Oh... and it's 7.99 and makes 4 batches- that's what I'm talkin' about!

York Peppermint Patties

Oreo Cookies

Make the brownie mix as directed. Wow! glow in the dark bowl or what?

Pour in half the batter, start lining up your patties & cookies.

Cover the patties & cookies with remaining batter mixture.
Bake brownies as directed on box.

This is when you wished you could have smell-o-vision, smell the warm chocolate in the air & the slight fragrance of mint...I'm licking my lips!

The oreo brownies are DELICIOUS! My husband told me at 5 pm that he needed to bring dessert to work the next day...so I whipped these up.....and they were a HIT! Everyone loved them! His supervisor said and I quote "those brownies were off the chain".

Tony needs to bring a dessert to work again...and he requested the Oreo brownies...so I have a batch in the oven. This time I used your parchment paper trick ;)
